Calling all migraneurs 🚨 this little device helps a lotttt with managing symptoms. There’s a preventive setting (20 min) and acute for when you actively have migraine (60min). Can be really intense when you first use it, but go slow with the intensity and tolerance will build up. Not cheap but worth it. (just checked and WOW this is more expensive than when I bought it😳) Got the rec from my neurologist. Makes me so sleepy. I jokingly call it my electroshock therapy hehe
